  • Going green

Our goal at Baobab Design Inc. is to make our renovation and design projects even more environmentally sound. To accomplish this, we are working with new partners, such as Viacapitale du Mont-Royal, and have started using a new line of materials and ecological finishes. We have been working to adopt sound environmental practices for several years, such as including recycling bins in kitchen designs for renovation projects and installing low-flush toilets in bathrooms. By “going green,” we hope to make the Baobab method a more natural one. And we also want our clients to reap the benefits.

    Increasing Work with Green Partners

  • Home Staging

A process of getting your home ready to sell by presenting it in a way that appeals to a maximum number of potential homebuyers. Home staging will get you more for your money in terms of time and selling price. Our services range from analyzing your space using specific criteria to creating a new look by arranging your new or existing furniture and accessories.

After a home is sold, our clients often ask us to come work with their new space. This allows them to reuse some of the furniture from the home staging process and to dress their spaces from start to finish.

  • VRP

If you are short on time or you only need a quick consultation with professional designers, look no further than Conception Uni-d’s VRP service. We will make your life more comfortable at a minimal cost by re-using what you already have in your home, which also makes this an environmentally sound solution. Your living space will seem more harmonious and less encumbered when we have finished with it.
